Returns & Refunds

We want all collectors and customers to be happy with their Murvellous experience. If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us at studio@murvellous.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter quickly.

We take pride in the artwork we produce and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Help & Support

To allow us the best opportunity to resolve any issue efficiently, we ask that you contact us directly before contacting your payment provider.

High-quality artwork can be heavy or bulky, and shipping costs may be significant depending on your location. Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email to confirm receipt of the return and whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged.

All artworks displayed on this website are original artistic works created by Murvellous.

Some artworks may reference or reinterpret elements of popular culture, film, fashion or animation as part of artistic commentary or parody.

Murvellous is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any brands, studios or companies referenced within the artwork.

All images, artwork, designs and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Murvellous and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without written permission.

The purchase of artwork does not grant the buyer any rights to reproduce, distribute, publish or commercially exploit the artwork in any form without the prior written permission of Murvellous.

Returning Your Item

To request a return please contact studio@murvellous.com

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If you are returning an item valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are not tracked.

Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Original Artwork

Original artworks may require additional preparation time depending on whether the piece is currently on display or stored. We will contact you within 2 working days of purchase to confirm delivery arrangements where necessary.

Delivery

Where possible we use tracked and signed delivery services to ensure your artwork arrives safely.

Because artwork can be large or fragile, delivery times may vary depending on the size and destination.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing an order, as delays may occur if details are incorrect.

International Shipping

International shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and value of the artwork.

Shipping options and costs will be displayed during checkout once the delivery address is entered.

If shipping is unavailable for your location, please contact studio@murvellous.com and we will try to assist.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: approximately 2-4 weeks

Europe: approximately 2–3 weeks

Rest of World: approximately 2–4 weeks

Framed artworks may require additional delivery time.

International deliveries may require the recipient’s phone number and email address for courier services.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain destinations.

United Kingdom Delivery

UK deliveries typically take 4–5 working days, although please allow up to 2 weeks depending on the artwork and courier service.

Important Note

All artworks are handmade and may contain slight variations or textures which are part of the artistic process.

Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and device displays.

Murvellous reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
