RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are keen to ensure that all customers are happy with their Murvellous experience. If you have a problem with an order, please contact us at murvellous@me.com and we will endeavour to help. We have a pride and passion in the artwork we supply so we very much want you to be happy with what you receive.

Help & Support

To give us the best opportunity to resolve any issue with artwork quickly & efficiently, we ask that you contact us before contacting your payment provider. Unfortunately, some payment providers charge a fee for dealing with a complaint and these additional costs can limit what we can offer you to resolve an issue.

We also ask that all customers be mindful of the fact that high-quality artwork, such as that sold here, are usually quite heavy and bulky. As we ship items all over the world, shipping costs can be significant. Please order an item only if you are absolutely confident that you want the item.

Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to receive a refund, Our refund policy is limited to 14 days from the date of your order. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Unless as a result of a mistake or error on our part, shipping costs are typically non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exemptions

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or some weekly magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable software products or digital artwork

• Some health and personal care items

Please provide your order details when requesting a refund. To complete your return, we do require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the artist. They will not be able to help.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

• Artwork with obvious signs of use

• Any item not in its original condition and/or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Sale items

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Payment systems typically take a few days to process a refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or your credit card company, It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at murvellous@me.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Returning your Item

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DISPATCH

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Non-Framed Prints

Orders for Fine Art Prints are processed on the working days Monday to Friday. The print itself is hand-processed by a Fine Art Specialist and as such, is a manual process.

For orders received during these working days, we endeavour to despatch all orders within 48 hours. For orders received at the weekend, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.

Framed Prints

Orders for framed Fine Art Prints are processed in the same manner as described above.

The print is then transferred off-site to a specialist framer. The framer requires 1-2 weeks to frame and deliver the completed item.

Originals

While we endeavour to deliver originals in as timely a manner as possible, the actual time for dispatch for an original item will depend on where the item is stored or on display. You will be contacted to discuss delivery arrangements within 2 working days of your order.

DELIVERY

Wherever possible we use Tracked & Sign deliveries to ensure that you receive your item safely and securely. In some cases, this does mean a higher shipping cost than standard postal service, but in our experience, this is the safest and most reliable way to get items to you in a reasonable time span and in good order.

Because print and original artwork is typically bulky and/or heavy, time must be allowed for delivery, even with Tracked & Sign services. We provide information on this below.

Please note, most shipping delays are down to problems with the address provided, so delays can usually be avoided by ensuring that your address details are correct and in full.

UNITED STATES, EUROPE & REST OF WORLD

International shipping is carefully calculated on the weight, size and value of your order, so the options can vary depending on what you have purchased.

The simplest way to see is to head through to the checkout and enter your delivery address/country; we’ll automatically show you the wide variety of available options you have, don’t worry, you won’t be charged.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to some countries, or the rates must be checked at the time of order. Please contact us at
murvellous@me.com you cannot secure a shipping rate for your location at the checkout.

Deliveries are sent by priority mail, and the following timescales should be allowed:

  •  United States - Please allow 2 weeks

  •  Europe - Please allow 1-2 weeks

  •  Rest of World - Please allow 2-4 weeks

Allow extra time for framed items as described above.

Please note, international shipments require the recipient’s phone number and email address. Most carriers will not deliver to PO Boxes. We reserve the right to refuse certain locations, destinations, or addresses.

UNITED KINGDOM
Typically, deliveries should take 4-5 working days but please allow 2 weeks.
