The Story
In the snowy suburbs of Springfield, Homer woke to an empty house after his family jetted off without him—again. “D’oh!” he bellowed, but this time, he raided Krusty’s secret stash, mistaking LSD tabs for “happy doughnuts.” Wired on acid, his bloodshot eyes saw burglars as dancing donuts and traps as trippy illusions. He rigged the place with flaming stairs and swinging paint cans, hallucinating a psychedelic war against the Wet Bandits. Why the trip? To turn abandonment into a mind-bending victory, proving one donut-loving dad could defend his turf in a rainbow haze.
Description
Homer Alone reimagines a classic cartoon character as a futuristic action icon, blending nostalgia with bold pop art energy. Hand-painted using acrylic and mixed media on canvas, this one-of-one artwork is designed as a striking statement piece for collectors of film and pop culture.
